The camping fees and vehicle charge for your whole stay (less the deposit if one was paid) must be paid within 24 hours of your arrival (a receipt will be given).
At the same time, you pay an advance for use of firewood and the Visitor's Barn (if applicable).

The booking deposit will not be refunded should you cancel, but may, at our discretion, be credited towards a future stay (within two years) if you give us reasonable notice of your cancellation.

If you have to leave early, 50% of your payment for the remaining days will be refunded (or more at our discretion, depending on circumstances and time of year).

At the same time, you pay an advance for firewood, bedding and use of the Visitor's Barn (if applicable).

Deposit against Damage
On arrival, you must pay a £40 deposit against damage or degradation to the yurt (£20 for bell tents). This will be repaid at the end of your stay, but deductions may be made for things such as mud or stains on the rugs or futons, food spillages, wax spillages, physical damage.
