One Community
The house and farm-buildings are owned and managed by our housing co-op, One Community Ltd, which purchased Keveral in 1997, after renting the property for 24 years.
We received loans from Radical Routes (a network of housing and worker co-ops) and Triodos Bank (an ethical investment bank that supports social and environmental projects). One Community has been a member of Radical Routes since 1996.
